By making you probably meant stealing from an unknown amount of place to an unknown degree, aka "ai image generation. Like this goku looks Fortnight AF.
And overall it's pretty clear that this tools are mostly meant and being used to copyright wash existing images, and not, "haha funny old anime guy now realistic".
