Sir we use this formula.
But give NaHCO3 only when pH is less than 7.2 and HCO3 is less than 10..taking target HCO3 as 10.
0.5 × B.W × (10- HCO3) ... half of it in 4 hrs and rest in next 24 hrs...
Is it correct?
