You can do this with all the shards, I just did it with one found in the reward box of psycho killer quest and with a random looted capacity shard

Still working! (On Xbox Series X). Anyone having trouble to get it work, try dumping the body into some car trunk or bin and loot from the bag using the same method as in the video. Note that you have to press the quick save button once the pause menu appears. So, try to add a slight delay before last button press in that quick fire combo. Also, works on loot boxes, e.g. Regina's quest award.

I play on steamdeck, and for some reason, the only time i can get it to work is if the body is thrown into one of the dumpsters or the trunk of your car. Anything that gives you the bag. Then, after you take the shard, you have to check your cyberware capacity before you load the quicksave.

I haven't messed with ray tracing so mabye thats why.

Worked on PC as well. Was at 50, tried the steps a few times and just went up to 54 with green shard. Thanks!

So what exactly does this glitch do? Does it allow you to permanently just load the quicksave and keep collecting the capacity? Or does it make every capacity shard permanently doubled?

Not played since PL released but this entire capacity system was broken and the shards stopped dropping. Its a stupid system and you should have just increased 10 capacity by each level up to level 50. Would have been much simpler.
Now they capped the capacity to 450 too, despite their being space for 500 on the UI.

Saved and did the setting/crouch hover the thingy pressed square/ options load in the top and load back in and the shard gone right ( that’s how it’s done )?
