Classic Tiramisu Cake:

Tiramisu is a classic dessert originated in Italy, but known all-over the world! This Tiramisu Cake keeps the same flavor and elements and it's delicious, but what impresses the most is its oh so creamy texture! The cake is comprised of layers of coffee soaked ladyfingers, strong and flavorful coffee and the lightest mascarpone mousse.

Ingredients:
100g egg yolks
100g white sugar
65g milk
500g mascarpone cheese, room temperature
10g vanilla paste
200g heavy cream, whipped
200g strong coffee
25g Amaretto liqueur
200g ladyfingers

This was really good! I halved the cream recipe as I only had 250g mascarpone and it still made enough for 5 to enjoy! Thanks xx

Hello, I just want to know if I have to add the chocolate film around the cake or it will be enough firm to stand without the chocolate? I have to make a bigger cake ( mould 24 or 26cm) so I am going to double the recipe.
