Wow.... This song brings back childhood memories! My dad is in his 70's & still brings his guitar everywhere he goes. He always played & sang this beautiful song!! Was watching Ozarks, when I heard this song, after so many years & I started to cry! Gonna call my dad now!! ❤️🙏

Mixed up between the fact that an overload refers to HT current on the overhead power I always think of my son who works on HT wires but he assures me they are 'off' when anyone touches see on you tube the indian who gets hold of a 35K wire top of a train. He made a mistake... Great all time song.

A different analysis...

It's rare to see on You Tube lyrics added to a song where the timing of the appearance of a new line, or page, or stanza, or whatever, is not always appearing slightly after the singer has already started that particular line, etc. (Hope you know what I mean!)

This clip has the timing of the lines spot on - which may seem trivial to most, but it is important for me as it becomes irritating otherwise! 😅

Obviously taking nothing from Mr Webb nor Glen, there's a version by a musician named Jake Reichbart that is quite remarkable not to mention memorable..
