They need to build a full-service hospital there. There isn't another hospital close to that area and Mt. Carmel East is overwhelmed already. A full-service hospital along with medical offices would be a boost to the entire area.

My understanding was that this property was foreign owned. Sounds like an absentee landlord. Declare imminent domain. Then, the city should re-zone for residential use. Bulldoze the entire lot and build something that's desperately needed.

Like the City of Columbus is going to do something that helps our city. They have wasted so much money on so money on failure projects .
Sad that it has been aloud to get to this point.

That area is a shish hole. Tear it down and build affordable section 8 housing. Just make sure armed security is there 24 hours a day. Did they say a drive-in theater is prohibited lol?

Didn’t there used to be businesses there and not succeeded and that’s why the property is in the condition it’s in
