Zac, I don't even know you but you're seriously a wonder to walk this earth. It may sound crazy or stalker-ish but I have severe anxiety and sometimes 18 hour long brutally exhausting panic attacks. I've been on almost every anxiety medication you can think of and up until about 2 years ago it felt like the meds did nothing for my attacks but a friend told me to try binaural beats and I laughed at first because I thought after all the therapy and things I've tried, you really think music is going to help? Well... It did, how is it that turns out all I needed was right in front of me, easily accessible at my finger tips. Truly...
