Strengthen First Shot? Doesn’t the bonus only apply to the first shot AFTER a reload? That’s what’s written on the mod.

Really appreciate your work man. I've been collecting all the ultimate weapons and always check your videos first when i get a new 1. I just have a couple questions about strengthen first shot:

1) is there a duration for the buff or does it last until you shoot?
2) when does the cooldown start?
