Saw this on Saturday night not knowing what to expect. Wow! Just amazing. Nicole was outstanding but so were all the other performers.

I loved the show, I’ve seen every Norma in the original productions so feel well placed to comment . This production took me by surprise, it took me time to readjust but once I did it was mesmerising. Nicole moved me, the entire cast were superb . Go see it & judge for yourself !

Just watched the production. Just stunning. Felt like you were watching an old Hollywood movie while simultaneously watching the theatrical mental breakdown of Norma. Nicole was just incredible in this.

Very cleverly done 👏 Yes different to other productions including the last one in London with Glenn Close and yes, people did leave at the interval as I’m sure like so many of us expecting a Lloyd Webber production but this was incredibly well done and felt like a Shakespearean event at times. Bravo

I went on Monday with husband and 9 year old daughter (non english speaker). I didn’t know what to expect and actually got a bit concerned when I found the setup so minimal. Especially for my daughter who would need costumes and props to understand anything. But I have to say that this show was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter has been listening to the original cast recording nonstop since and we even saw the 1950 movie together when we got home. She even preferred this show to Wicked which we saw the day before, which really surprised me.

It is not a Lloyd Webber production. Having seen the original production with various Norma Desmonds, including Glen Close, and the concert version at The Royal Albert Hall, I have to say that this production was amazing. I am sure there will be those that hate it but I would recommend going to see it. It is certainly very different and an innovative piece of theatre.

It's nice they've reimagined Wilders classic slaughter of what Hollywood can do do it's Stars by making Norma Desmond look glamorous and in control when the tragedy was she was anything but.

Prefer the productions with the original costumes not the modern look doesn't look right or feel right. And this is my musical.

I would keep an open mind, but I've seen and read, I don't think I would like this. I'm sure the cast is amazing, but I don't get trying to mix past and present. She is supposed to be a silent film star, but the whole look of it doesn't speak old would have to see it though. I have always loved a big set, and not a fan of minimalist sets, especially on a production of this magnitude, but again would have to actually see it.
