People who suffer from high stress have high incidence of headaches and also trigger the migraine headaches. Insomnia, it is in the rise in the city. People who have lack of sleep or don’t sleep properly, they have a signify cant higher incidence of migraine headaches than the other individuals. Also genetic also plays a part. If one of your siblings or one of your parents have migraine, you have a higher incidence of suffering from the migraine.
