My online algebra 2 teacher didn't say anything about how to graph something like this. This was a lifesaver!! Thank you so much!!

Can it work the same with a positive number?

But it is given that x = 0
Then how is the line going on both sides of the y axis? It would mean that on either side, x has some non-zero value.

So if you were to graph this with another line that’s vertical, would it be no solution? Or would it have an answer because the lines meet?

So for a positive number goes the opposite direction? Bruh my teacher tried teaching stuff like this and used 5 extra minutes when the class should’ve ended while all the videos I watched from you combined took such less time, way more easier to understand than my teacher, that’s the problem with schools they are educational but always do unnecessary things like extending the lessons to make teachers seem smart

why does math have to be this complicated? like who creates this stuff?

Why does y =-3 cause a horizontal line? Shouldn’t it be vertical because y axis =-3?
