You've drawn two lines, y=2x and y=x; and then joined them together.
y=2x+3 passes through
(-1, 1), (0, 3) and (1, 5).
(-1, 1) is NOT on the line, but the scale is badly drawn.
Personally I'd plot both the x and y intercepts; the x intercept being x=(y-3)/2 or -1.5; and simply draw a line that passes through
(0, 3) and (-1.5, 0)
