A very important context is that Inflation (food prices) is due to insecurity which has caused disruption for farmers because of kidnapping, terrorism, herdsman and banditry.

Also the economy is suffering due to an estimated 85% of Nigeria's crude oil produce being stolen, coupled with corruption.

An average Nigerian has a short position against the naira due to lack of trust in the government 😂

My electricity bill jumped from 5000 Naira last year to 155, 000 Naira as at today. This is how crazy things have gotten in Nigeria. Unfortunately, people still receive the same pay. Which means the level of poverty has skyrocketed. Pray for Nigeria.
