Here is a little bit of connection to the writer of this song. Norman's oldest grandson, my oldest son, is Larkin Blake. The inclusion of the dobro and your vocals are beautiful. Dad always has said any musician needs to make a song "their song...their reality." You have done that.

What a lovely tribute to Tony and Norman. The dobro is so tasty, the guitar has just that echo of Tony's line. And the voices are glorious. Two days after we thought the world was ending, this is just what my soul needed. Thank you.

Excellent work on the Tony classic. Grateful we had him; hard to lose him. Praises for the homage to the GOAT.

Wow, brought tears to my eyes, really made me think about the younger Tony singing in that youtube/instructional video that we've all seen. He left us with so much, but age and his physical problems stole a lot from us too. God bless him. The best.

I was listening to Molly Tuttle talk about Tony Rice and one of the related vidoes that showed up was Larkin Poe doing Church Street Blues - so the question is do you want to hear Rebecca Lovell sing Church Street Blues? HELL YES!! and it was every bit s good as I hoped.

Sung with the soul this eternal song deserves. The sweet guitar with dobro plus harmonies really lift add uniqueness.

Some afternoons are just ripe for some dobro and picking, with your gentle voices in harmony. Feels like there is no place better to be, sheltered from the rain with lovely notes falling into our ears.

You picked a hard one from a legend... he’d have loved your version. Good picking!! Reminds me of Tony and Ricky Skaggs...

Hello Megan and Rebecca, THANK YOU from Oklahoma for this tribute to Tony. "Church Street Blues" was my favorite of his albums, and you do it justice. Beautiful playing and singing, as always!
