Hi, it's my first time to use saalt cup or period cup in general. I decided to trim my saalt soft cup at the first day of my period cause its popping out at first and now I kinda regret it cause I can feel it like poking me inside. Like the tip of the stem feels sharp and it's so uncomfortable. But later having hard time reaching my cup when getting it out. I stopped using it for now, I wish I found this video first before doing anything. Any advice? Thanks

I 🥲 cut it as short as possible and regret my decision. It sits p low in my vagina, so comfort wise it’s the best decision, but removal is… a struggle to say the least.
