Sir, my fiance has filed FIR against me and my family members for dowry demand. We only talked on the phone and things didn't work out. She broke the relation then her brother filed the FIR. Court has sent matter to mediation. What can I do? I was not even married.

Supreme Court recently granted 2 crore alimony to a wife who was earning around 30lakhs per annum as a Head HR...

The courts have made an omlette out of the laws, alti palti kar kar Judge can find any new angle in the name of interpretation from anywhere and thus new laws are born out of nowhere...
Crpc 125 was enacted in 1973...Now, it is Rajneesh vs Neha that is followed...the original law is almost lost, turned on it's head...nothing is followed to the letter practically...
