Some folks should just not fly - when’ve become too accommodating, to the point where the average traveler’s rights are stepped on to support folks who are essentially too unstable to fly in the first place!

I would call on Singapore airline to stop accepting any "emotional support" animal. It is beyond understanding and emotionally damaging to other passengers. The only animals allowed in the cabin should be properly certified (with proof) guide dogs.

The passenger was correct to request for the refund, because they did NOT receive the service that they paid for. Good on them, that they stick to their gun, on SIA and got their refund that they should have been granted, in the first instant. No ?
