Are BELL PEPPERS Good for you?! **Up-dated 2022**

It’s bell Peppers, the tri-colored Fruit! Yes I said Fruit! Bell Peppers usually make its way in Mexican dishes here in the states. I’ve been eating these for years in tacos and various stir fry’s and realized I know nothing about bell peppers. I’m curious to know, are bell peppers worth buying or are they just added for there pretty colors. So.. Lets dive into the bell pepper!
