This was a multi-organization collaboration on May 29th 2021 in order to teach Nevadans how to reduce their food waste and start composting no matter where they lived and what they eat.
Featured guest speakers: Torie Soriano-Digital Organizer of Climate Action NV-LCV, Richa Pandhi and Mhansi Pandhi-Co-Chairs of the Southern Nevada Group of the Sierra Club 5 R Revolution, Andie Davis-The UNLV Garden Coordinator, and Aria Flores-Director of Digital Outreach for Chispa NV.
