i just came back to this video, my 165hz monitor says 165.003, but when i set it to 165 (taking out the .003) my monitor stop working. Does that mean I can't do it? i guess so

some monitors have extreme ghosting at maximum hz, like my acer 390hz, as if the monitor can't keep up. I then made a user-specific resolution in nvidia, decreased the hz to 340 and increased the vt from 1100 to 1340. ghosting is gone and the picture is sharper when turning around quickly.
Even then you notice a slightly increased latency just because of 50hz, but you get used to it. You just have to find the middle ground

Yo bro I got a question. So when I play fortnite for example I have consistent 240 fps which I expect from my hardware (RTX 3070, ryzen 7 5800x3d) but it just doesnt feel like 240fps it feels so choppy and unclean basically it feels like every second it drops to like 120 fps. But as I mentioned before I got consistent 240. When I turn on vsync tho the problem disappears. Every move I make with my mosue feels clean. Do you have an idea what the issue could be?

After doing all this it still has decimals behind it smh(Edited: it help my input lag immediately in warzone though!! So as of right now I will say this actually works.
