2 years ago when I was 24, I woke up at 5am with my heart pounding, racing, and also felt like it kept stopping them starting again. When I got the the hospital they initially weren't sure if it was SVT or AFIB. It turned out that it was AFIB with RVR, and at first I was also having PVC's mixed in (hence the feeling my heart kept stopping and then starting). I wasn't able to get it back to normal with valsalva manuever as I had in the past, cardioversion with adenosine didn't work, and 2 rounds of electrocardiogram on were unsuccessful. I was transferred to a Cardiac Care Unit. At some point the PVC's stopped, but I remained in AFIB for many hours.

I do have a question; how common is it that you would see AFIB with RVR, and PVC's happening at the same time?

Though the justification for a fluid challenge makes sense, many Medics may be hesitant to give 500cc of fluid with BP of 150/114.

Why would tachycardia cause a left axis deviation? Why would rate impact vector of depolarization? Thanks

A question from Berlin, Germany : I suffer from AFib since 2021-with shortening periods of occurrence, n o w 2 days free of Afib and 3 to 5/6 days w i t h Afib, since last Oct. I am on 95mgMetoprolol, and bloodthinner Lixiana, had a TSH of 6.7 a month ago ( cold nodes) now taking 50mg L-Thyroxin which d i d n o t stop / influence 😞 the Afib. I am a bit (170 ponds/ 174cm) overweight, n e v e r took drugs, alcohole, cigarettes. Never needed any meds ( before Afib) - was healthy but am stressed - as a full- time teacher and having - untreated - ADS ( AD(H)S.
German doctors want to earn money and just say : A b l a t i o n ....
I d o think of nutraceuticals - Q10, Mg, D3, Iodine, B- complex, Natriumselenit, etc. to f e e d and e n e r g i s e my hardworking ( exhausted) organ ❤ .
From your video I got the impression that y o u dig deeper. You asked what the underlying c a u s e s are. Modern medicine deals with symptoms - how shallow.
Could you be so very kind to give an advice ?
