I have watched so many similar videos non of them worked for me. I have tried your with less hope and it worked like magic thank you so much. Mine is E46 2003 model and it wasn't new key by the way... It's just my key remote wasn't functioning and not closing or opening the doors.. Thanks again bro 👍

Replaced my DME/EWS and all key cylinders. This method worked! I thought the remote battery was dead. Maybe i didn’t have to replace the battery if only i found this video earlier. 😅
