Residents of Majdal Shams gather to demonstrate against the arrival of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the site of a strike in the Israel-annexed Golan Heights. Twelve youths aged between 10 and 16 were killed when a rocket fired from Lebanon struck a football pitch, triggering renewed fears of an escalation in the conflict between Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah armed group accused of firing the projectile.

Netanyahu needs war. The problem is the support of western politicians.

Typical phrases from politicians or media subjugated to the pro-Israeli lobby to the detriment of national interests:

1) “Israel has the right to defend itself.” Israel is the aggressor state, demands american funds and has been destroying Gaza and the West Bank for years.
2) “Hamas started this war on October 7.” Israel's confrontation with Hamas has been going on for years. Israel's mistreatment of the palestinians is much longer. In this confrontation, the victims are both palestinian citizens and Israeli citizens.
3) “Hamas hides behind civilians.” Even if it were true, that does not justify the death and destruction of civilians palestinians.
4) “If Hamas handed over the hostages, the war would end.” The war would end, momentarily, for Israel, but hell would continue for the Palestinians. That is why a peace agreement and recognition of both parties is necessary.

Why do you say "rocket fired from Lebanon"? This is disputed with most locals believing that this was a failed "Iron Dome" missile. At best, the word "allegedly" is missing through carelessness. At worst, you are colluding with an Israeli cover-up or even a false flag claim.
