Hezbollah denies responsibility for strike in Israel-occupied Golan

A senior official from Lebanon’s Hezbollah group, Mohammad Afif, has told Reuters that the group was not responsible for an attack on Majdal Shams in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. Earlier, we reported that several people were injured in an attack that the Israeli army claimed originated from Lebanon.

My first reaction is this was done by Israel to bolster support for some massive attack on Lebanon, coming right after netanyahoo secured more bombs and ammo from the US.

There has been explanation circulating that damage was caused by the iron dome missile which went probably wrong but I am sure IDF will use this incident to escalate the conflict.
