The best thing to do, to never have a stagnant gallbladder is to massage your abdominal area that’s over the gallbladder. Softly push down and pull up moving your gallbladder contents around. Since the contents become stagnant massaging, your gallbladder will help. Of course western doctors never mentioned this little tidbit. It’s on the right hand side just underneath your rib cage. Below your liver. Definitely massage if your gallbladder is giving you trouble. And your diet absolutely has everything to do with gallbladder functions. And don’t ever give permission to a knife happy surgeon to remove it😮

So gallstones also made from bile it can be form stones when didnt use it for a long time? So it is called biles stone? Together woth the types of gallstones calcium stones, pigments stones and cholesterol stone and combination stones.
