I've been dealing with this pain for several years now, but it's gotten much worse and more frequent in the past weeks.
After a scan, I finally had two gall bladder stones confirmed, and the name of this type of pain brought to my attention (hence why I'm here commenting).
This video really helped me understand exactly what's happening.
Interestingly enough, I always assumed the pain I was having was some severe indigestion or that my stomach was over producing stomach acid. I even considered it could be a stomach Ulcer. I don't know about anyone else here, but I felt aches from both my left and right sides, but mostly the left. The pain would also radiate through to my lower back and cause cramps for hours there, too.
The only method of soothing I ever felt was effective was sitting in a hot shower for a long time.
I've got a surgery coming up, and I can't express how much of a relief it is to know the pain will finally come to an end.

You should mention that the pain might not be on the right side. The pain can occur in the center of your chest below the breastbone like with my gallstone. A lot of people will see “right upper quadrant” pain and rule out gallstones when it is gallstones.

Excellent explanation, and not biased with regard to treatment options like so many others.

For me I'm having sharp pain that comes and goes intermittently. Just a stabbing pain like a deep poke. Goes away then comes back every 20 minutes all day, but i ate bad foods all day today (my cheat day)

I get that pain what you're on about, with the swollen gallbladder, but without the presence of gallstones. What do I do next, please?

I have the edge at the bottom of my foot. It doesn't go away, so I tried this formula, but it seems that I am allergic to slippery because I ended up getting hives all over my body. is there another formula of the bio that I can take without the slippery?

My last attack lasted 7 hours. It started at 11p.m until 6 a.m. I took ibuprofen 800 for the pain and I think it helped; even after the pain subsided, I felt uncomfortable all day long. I'm also having it removed next month.

Guys gallstones passing is worse then labor pains bc it may last for hours at a time. I had my gallbladder removed recently and now have new issues.
