I make my own bread but I don't do sourdough. I use a pinch of dried yeast. I'm glad you're showing lots of people how EASY it is to bake bread to save money.

Yum, I love it. I have done a couple of these but found myself a bit lacking in looking after the starter. So now I just use a bread maker with spelt or rye flour as I’m allergic to store bought bread.

I cannot love sour dough, we have political differences and are on the opposite side of free speech and gun rights. Also my bread tastes bland and is like a concrete shell over a giant mushroom. Love you, bye
