This is giving me flashbacks to the time I was skipping stones into a lake and an airliner crashed into the ocean. Will have that on my conscience forever RIP.

I lived in a rough area one time. I was walking home from work . I decided to take a shortcut through an alley . When I turned the corner I was attacked by a gang of avalanches.

I jumped into Spirit Lake, WA in 1980 and caused Mt. St. Helens to erupt, which subsequently caused the largest landslide in recorded history as the entire north face of the volcano was blasted into the atmosphere.

The climbers probably said "dude did you hear that lady scream down at the lake"?

I've kept this secret all my life till now. I once was on a trip in the foothills. The sign said, "Unstable. Do Not Look At The Mountain!". I just peeked for an instant. The light reflecting off my sunglasses made the mountain avalanche to DUST. After the nuclear winter passed, the place was a complete plain, a flat and lifeless wasteland. Its a relief to come clean and know I'm no longer alone.

I can totally relate. I once was looking at a baby carrot and my friend said its pretty small, so i replied no dude its average, suddenly a NASA scientist appeared and said, this is isn't small but you know what is? Pluto. Since that day pluto is no more a planet, so i basically caused pluto to be stripped of its planetary status

This reminds me of the time I went snorkeling off the coast of Honduras last year. The splashing displaced just enough water to create a wave that traveled all the way to the Atlantic Ocean and opened a rip in space time allowing the glacier that sunk the titanic to travel back in time and directly into the path of the ship. I’ll never not feel bad about that.

Don't jump into lakes folks. When I was in Japan I jumped into kawaguchi lake and I next thing I see is a big tsunami created behind me, I was terrified but survived.

Once while visiting a swimming pool at a hotel while on vacation in British Columbia I not only caused an avalanche, but the avalanche caused a dam to burst, and then an angry mob came to confront me and their footsteps being so perfectly in sync caused an earthquake which opened a gateway to Hell like in DOOM and then a bunch of fire and lava came out and created a massive forest fire and volcanic eruption and then a tornado from the hot smoke and cold wind mixing before a thunderstorm formed and then acid rain started to pour down causing mudslide until lightning struck the ground in front of me and it was Thor who had came to try and help fix the whole mess, and then I awoke from my dream and realized that there must be a gas leak in my house for me to be having dreams that fucking crazy.

Actual full on 'face to palm'. Shocks me how stupid viewers on Youtube can be at times. Him entering that lake did not have a single thing to do with that avalanche.

The reason everyone is starting avalanches is because they are not trying to do so. I have been trying to start an avalanche with everything I do, but that just jinxes it. Avalanches are like timid forest creatures in that regard. They have come to you. You can't chase them down or they will disappear. I've been avalanche free for over fifty years by trying to start them everywhere I go. It's kept me and my family safe. I'm hoping it also works for the Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake expected any time now. As long as I keep trying to start it, it will not happen.

I filled up the sink to do dishes one day. I had just dipped my hands in to start washing then BOOM! Avalanche! And we don’t even have mountains here! Stay safe friends!

Fortunately, for me personally, the only avalanche I have ever caused was an avalanche of BS. Several people were exhausted but none were harmed. 😅

It happened to me too. Once I was on vacation in Bolivia at one of their unstable lakes and tried to film a video to get views of me causing an avalanche by jumping into a ice-cold lake. The camera was rolling, and I kept jumping into the lake for eight hours straight, but the avalanche did not happen. I got pneumonia then.
