setting your CBR to 150 may be a bit overkill. You should set your CBR to the maximum bitrate the footage was recorded in. For example 4k 24fps 100m would be 100, 000 bitrate so CBR would be set to 100. Not sure what camera you use to film with so setting it to 150 may be right for you
