I found that if the file is above 100mb then it will look very bad.
Just make the quality as high as possible but keep the file under 100mb

I had two videos I recorded on my iPhone 14 pro at 4k and then edited on capcut with 1080 x 30 with HDR on and it uploaded perfectly. Did the same thing few days ago and after 2 days the video completely changed quality… so upsetting. The two before were perfect. How to avoid this? I’m pretty sure I had HDR on for all 3

Thanks man, I was already on 1080p and frame 30, i had to adjust the sharpeness to 30 but still when I export there is still a shift between the images and the music that isnt on CapCut 😮‍💨
