That seems like way too much Marvel Mystery Oil for one tank of gas. I use the recommended amount of 4 ounces of MMO for every 10 gallons of gas. I have been using MMO at every fill up since 2016 in my car, truck, and lawn mower.
Since I started using Marvel Mystery Oil, the miles per gallon on the highway has increased by at least 1.5 to 2 more mpg in my car.

I put one bottle in my gas tank every other month religiously. And one 1 quart with every oil change. Vehicle has always run smooth. I've been doing that with high mileage vehicles for over 15+/yrs.

Love the stuff. Used about 1/2 qt in my oil 1500miles after an oil change, and then a few ounces @ 1/2 tank and my slight jitter at idle went away.

You want to put in first and then fill up your gas tank to a full tank of gas. This concentration of gasoline additives should be enough concentrate for at least 15-20 gallons of fuel

So I’ve done this in a 19 gallon tank and I’ve added the recommended amount it doesn’t make any difference at all you only wasted an entire bottle and wasted money.

Check your spark plugs, they'll have a dark thick oil coating, may need changing.

I just did this with my truck, but I didn’t put that much in. I’m on the fence of when to put it in my engine oil. I’m thinking 100 km or so before an oil change. First time trying it.

When mixed with diesel fuel you can use that whole bottle
