Fruits and vegetables, banana, broccoli, spinach, kale, yogurt, legumes, beans and lentils, nuts and seeds, seafood.physical activities, .avoid red meat and process food, fried foods, smoking and alcohol.she drinks alot of water❤❤❤❤
