I am 81 and pain free. I went through periods of back, knee, and shoulder pain between 30 and 60 years old. I found exercises that have eliminated all of those pains. I have a moderate exercise regime, a good diet, and get good quality sleep. I exercise my mind by constantly reading and watching YouTube videos like this one, and I am enjoying life as much if not more than I did in my 40s.

My hat off to you. I’m 93 years old and walk 2 miles a day. That is all I can do, I do have limits. I do not feel as old but I do have a routine. Thank you for positive thoughts.

Whenever I see senior citizens like this, it makes me smile. Because it breaks down the stigma of being old.

I ran from 11 until 54, then something made me stop. This guy has inspired me to get up and go again; he's living the fit life I always told myself I would live, into old age. Thanks, Lew.

Music to my ears. This is what it is all about, not sitting around playing video games, smoking weed and cigarettes, abusing alcohol, bothering other people, feeling sorry for yourself, but becoming a dedicated athlete whatever the sport or fitness activity. Congrats!

I am 73 and started regular vigorous exercise at 30. Over the years I have run, jogged, walked, used a treadmill, an exercise bike, an old school Nordic Track, etc. In the past few months, I transitioned to a 45 minute HIIT regimen of burpees, jumping jacks, ab lifts and seated leg raises with fast walks on alternating days. I have concentrated on eating better since retiring 9 years ago and take no meds. At 173 lbs (6 feet tall), I'm trying to get back to the 160 I was before retirement 🤣 All members of my immediate family died young.. It takes a lot of disciple, but has been worth it. Good luck to all out there 🙏👍👍 BTW, I feel great 😉

Turning 61 this year, still run everyday and been running since I can remember, mountain bike anytime the weather allows it. Played rugby for 26 years, coached it for 3 years and refereed it for 6 years, 21 year olds could not run away from me. Never smoked a cigarette, no drugs, and very little takeout. I have a home bench press, and try to push 60 kg x 2 reps of 25 each day, sometimes I cheat and tell myself I forgot.

Fantastic. To think that you can have 60, 70 years of pushing your limits, exercising, traveling, running and enjoying life ahead of you it is truly fantastic. It is all about habits.

Good for him. Being active is key. I'll be turning 70 this year and I have been hiking for 47 years.

Incredible!!! I’m amazed our society doesn’t highlight these success factors enough! Eating plant based or plant slant, stay active and positive mental attitude! This guy is most amazing because as he says, anyone can do this and he’s 100% correct!!!

You don't need to get weak and frail as you age. I have no health problems. I'm almost 77, done countless triathlons and running races, including multiple marathons and several Half Ironman courses well into my 70s. I just completed the Wounded Warriors 1776 Challenge doing 60 pushups a day for the month of July. I'm not in Lew's league, but I am stubborn and refuse to quit. I still run and exercise every day and and eat well. Lew is a special person, and I'm a huge fan of his. Good luck to all who read this, stay healthy.

One of the things I’ve noticed in my athletic life, is that people who start later, I’m 65, don’t beat the crap out of knee, hip, and shoulder joints. It creates a longer career for those with persistence. Congrats to Lew, keep it up.
