As a ruffs main, I can tell you why ruffs is last place. According to the win rate stats ruffs has the lowest win rate in the game. People have mentioned his bad damage, but the real issue is that he is one of the most team play based brawlers. People don’t understand that when ur playing with ruffs the win condition immediately becomes getting all teammates powered up; this is the easiest way to win with a ruffs on your team because his damage is so mediocre. This leads to people needing to play their life and be somewhat organized. Add on top of that the fact people don’t know what his super does because of low play rate, that low elo is filled with lowskill run it down comps which hurts ruffs on both ends, and you get last place in win%.
