Granted you can say that about every new brawler nowadays since they're all OP on release, some even more so than Moe, but the thing about Moe is that it's hard to think of any real weaknesses for him. He's kinda just a jack of all trades, master of all

Even Kenji, another brawler who's pretty OP right now, does have very clear weaknesses in the form of the usual tank/assassin counters like Gale, Surge and Clancy
