Unfortunately, theres a little bit of misinformation surrounding the Mandy buff because as it turns out, Mandy has been bugged for a good 2 years now as instead of in my sight granting a 20% boost while focused, it actually was a PASSIVE 20% boost on top of another 20% boost when focused. This also affected her super for 2 years, no one noticed this as no one used hard candy and never tested out the differences between the two. Essentially speaking, this buff will only affect hard candy, while in my sight will feel the same as before.

the thing is, kenji and moe wont get nerfed until 10th november and then the new brawler releases, so you cant play the game for 2 months

Penny getting that extra range felt like an inverse of what they did for her rework. It was slow projectile but long range, then faster projectile but shorter range, and now it's fast projectile AND long range.

Im surprised that berry isnt here. I feel like he is even better than barley and on par with the twins. His attack just gives so much control so easily and alot of cheesy comps with him. Maisie is also another brawler that is very underrated. Her damage buff actually is alot and she can three shot many brawlers. She is also good in ranked where you can pick her as a late pick to counter tanks if brawlers like surge gale chester moe are banned

Penny was actually given a free power 9 to new players

Stop acting like this will change anything for Penny. Firstly, this isn't a 2 tile buff, that's a 2/3 tile buff(8 -> 8, 66), which is noticeable, but not that significant. Secondly, literally everyone was complaining about her low DPS, which was true back then and which is still true now. The range buff didn't improve the DPS at all and her damage is still as terrible as it was. So it's no wonder people in the comments are talking about Spen playing 2-14 with Penny. Concluding all that, I'm not even sure that Penny will move out of the F tier with these buffs. If she's gonna end up in a "Top 10 worst brawlers" video in a month or two without even getting any changes, I won't be surprised at all. By acting like she's strong you all will keep her in the F tier for at least a few more months.
