Fried Fish Cajun Style is a dish i grew up on. Very easy and so flavorful! The hardest part about this dish is the clean up! You will be amazed at how crunchy and savory your fish will turn out! Enjoy!
Fried Fish
1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1/4 Cup Cajun Seasoning Blend
4-6 Cups Canola Oil
Cajun Seasoning Blend
1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
3 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Dried Thyme
½ tsp White Pepper (Optional)
½ tsp Black Pepper
