Cajun Southern Fried Catfish Recipe

This cajun southern style fried catfish is great for when you have a craving for some fried fish. Simple, quick, and easy to make. Make a sandwich out of it or serve it up at a big fish fry with some hush puppies!

Ingredients:
4-8 Catfish Fillets
1 cup Corn Meal
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup Hot Sauce
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
