WHY Grimes is suing Elon Musk over parental rights

Grimes is suing her ex Elon Musk over a matter involving their three children. Page Six Chief Reporter Francesca Bacardi breaks down this story.

Born Claire Boucher, the “Genesis” performer filed a “petition to establish parental relationship” on Sept. 29 in a California court, court records obtained by Page Six show.

The request intends to have the court identify the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried.

Although the docket for the case is public, the filings have been sealed; however, it does not appear that the Tesla co-founder has responded to Grimes’ petition.

Journalism is so bad these days. Elon filed first last month. Says she's gone back to Cali, where she filed, to avoid Texas law. Not a smart time to move to a red state to begin with. But hopefully she kept the Cali home she bought before Elon came along. I wish everyday people were judged as harshly as c for the a$$holes they've been with.
