I don’t have one anymore but for me it was tight lats and tfl from over cycling without stretching and doing pull ups everyday for 2yrs

Just today I got advice in judo to tuck the hip because I would have the anterior tilt messing me up. I've been trying to untuck it for a couple of years with different physiotherapy exercises and this channel, doesn't seem to want to untuck.

The hamstrings and hip flexors being very very weak would cause the tilt not the opposite

Hey ive been dealing with hip internal issues in my left leg, i play football and its essential for dribbling. Ive been doing a few of your excercises and they certainly work, do you have any tips on how to keep it permenant? (Theres simply too much content out there, and i just wanna do the right thing im tired of this entertaintment world we live in😅)

Tip: if it doesn't affect you, don't try to fix it. I have anterior pelvic tilt. No issues. State level runner. Never an issue with it. I leave it alone. Don't try fix it. I could do more harm than good.

Why would they blame it on tight hamstrings? Wouldn't that pull the pelvis down and therefore reduce lumbar extension?

synergist muscles can reinforce ant pelvic tilt but cant change the fact a tight psoas and weak glute or misfiring glute combination causes. so please dont spread false information
