How does the Exynos 2400 compare to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in Gaming on the Galaxy S24? This video will deep dive into battery drain, performance, and heating tests. I played a few hours of Genshin Impact, #pubgmobile, and #asphalt9 on both Wi-Fi and 5G.

I love your dedication to the testing and research but I have one small correction regarding what you said about Genshin and Vulkan API; genshin impact does NOT use Vulkan by default. It runs OpenGL, which you can confirm by loading GPUWatch application found in the developer settings and then launching Genshin Impact. You can force the game to load the Vulkan API by modifying the game's data but from my tests on S23+ which has sd8g2 it actually performs worse compared to OpenGL, which again might be an issue with snapdragon itself so it might actually benefit s24 with exynos a bit more.

Impressive testing. This is how you do real comparisons - with real data and fair tests. Bravo.

Fantastic comparison. Unlike other channels, your videos are not about your 'personality', it's about your professional approach to testing. Really appreciate you taking your time to help us with answers to the real questions. 10/10!

Thank you for making this video, i have seen all your comparison. I have s24 exynos, in the past month i noticed alot of heating. But now it seems to perform better after the march update. N I do hope samsung is watching your videos 😊

Nice test as always @Techmo. I think you could test exynos in 4g-only mode too, soo we can see if the diference is only in 5g or the modem in general.

You are the only YouTube reviewer with an in-depth comparison for these devices. I like your videos a lot, and you've just got a subscription, sir. Thanks for your hard work.

Your videos are so much better than litterally every "mainstream" reviewer out there. All of them only conclude things based on benchmarks and extreme simplifications of reality.

Also, how does these phones perform in video calls (whatsapp/fb messenger, for example)?

Thank you for these Snapdragon vs Exynos videos. I'll keep my S23 until the Snapdragon chip is available in Europe again. Samsung is so disrespectful 🤮

Nice follow-up comparison! The app layout for real-time data is perfect for this type of comparison video. Did you also notice that the exynos variant had consistently higher RAM utilization in all games tested? Very interesting...

It seems the modem really needs to improve on Exynos.

My exynos barlely heats up here in delhi outside temps peak to 40 exynos does amazing despite between on 5g 60 % of time with dual sim it breaks 7 to 8 hr sot

how about if u run only in 4g as i don't think 5g it's everywhere anyway, if it's performing the same on 4g then i will be happy with s24 exyons

1:54 Exynos losing battery faster than Qualcomm..In terms of Minute basis

7:28 Biggest difference here..Blazing temperature with losing battery faster is Exynos

Very informative, but you're slightly biased towards the Snapdragon:
1- at 1:44 you say Exynos is almost 32c when it's 31.7, understandable no big deal, but at 2:44 you say Snapdragon is at 38c, when it's 38.8???
2- when Snapdragon ahead in tests it's "ahead" but when Exynos gets ahead in something it's "in the margin of error" ???
still respect what you do, at least you're better than every paid YTer out there and you do in depth comparisons cheers

It seems the best solution for the Exynos... if you game on mobile internet just use 4G. In my area here in South Florida, the speed difference won't be noticeable, as you're getting up to 100mbps, while 5G gets up 400mbps, but most times, you're going to see speeds below (T-Mobile) 100mbps on both 5G and 4G. So it's probably not worth the headache.

Exynos is getting better generation by generation and the best part is amd gpu is also working well. For those who hate exynos (owners or not) just see mediatek. There was a period when mediatek also suffered from thermals and poor gpu performance.but now see dimensity lineup. Its just a matter of time..

Really another great test! You're doing an excellent job again, my friend. You explain the Exynos question marks very well. I wish you success in what you do.

Great effort, bravo. I have two question:
1-) Why 5G logos different at each phone?
2-) While you play game at one, how much time is another phone waiting aside?
