Much needed video ! It seems like nobody on the internet is interested in comparing S23 FE exynos vs snapdragon because it uses the old exynos 2200 and old snapdragon 8 gen 1 but as always, we can rely on gsmarena to do just what everybody isn't doing. That's why you guys were the frontiers of phone review ❤

The exynos used to do so good in battery life in the early 2015, One of the reason people would choose SD was cause of its raw performance whereas here it clearly shows exynos is getting better at performance but still losing one of the major points its used to be known for.

Guys, just to be clear about the temperature ... Exynos version get really hot 🔥 during playing games so if you live in country that has hot weather don't even think about it also the phone is really expensive for what it is

Honestly just wait a couple of months and grab the s23+ at a discount. Don't even bother with these leftover chips.

This crime would be forgiven if Samsung sells the Exynos version at $400

Am important camera difference:

Night mode video on SD has a LOT of flicker vs Exynos. I mean it's visible and obvious in the SD, i think that full review actually even mentioned it as a drawback.

Great comparison guys thanks? Hopefully you'll do this again next year if they bring Exynos back for the s24 series

You should try low light selfie. It would highly differentiate the difference between the snapdragon and exynos variants.

Bought the Snapdragon version of this phone as a gift. It was either A54 or S23FE. A54 was $301, this was $389. S23 is too small imo especially battery wise so only S23+ makes sense but that's out of my budget

Please make one for S24 and S24plus for both 8Gen3 vs Exynos 2400. Thank you !

I knew all of this, but I still bought the S23 FE. It's a good phone and the thicker bezels are not a problem either. Price was 599e, which is a good price. Oneplus Nord 3 would have been 399e where I live, but I prefer the user experience of a Samsung phone.

I think if you don't need a most capacity on apps Exynos is well, but Snapdragon is better obviously :)

In conclusion, the Exynos chip is inferior to the Snapdragon, and just a way of Samsung saving costs by giving it to most markets in the world. Sigh.

You should test the standby consumption. This is extremely high with Exynos processors and is a reason to avoid these models.

I got the s23fe SD version from Verizon for free with a new contract. Anyway, it's pretty good. I can run every android game smoothly as well as psp ps2 mame smoothly, only struggling to run yuzu and vita3k some games are smooth most aren't it does heat up to 50-60 degrees Celsius and yes you can feel it also no 90fps option in pubg/bgmi codm runs 90fps warzone and nfs mobile run fine but can't play them right lol. Battery does last me all day if I'm not using heavily. Honest opinion if you play android games like pubg and want perfect gameplay, get an iphone13 pro or better. If you like emulators and want 120hz+ display, get a snapdragon 8v3 gaming phone. This should be considered an upper midrange phone it handles almost everything, and it's still pretty snappy. Having been on iPhone for the last 7 years, it does feel good to be free again, lol.

You would be daft to buy this in Europe over the s23 which has the snapdragon 2 and will be a similar price

Samsung just wanted to sell out their sd8gen1 and exynos chips collecting dust in the factory
So they created a gimmick of A54 and called it S23 'FE' for marketing 😂

Well, from all of the comments, I would say that Samsung should continue with the snapdragon for premium, flagship phones and also create room for budget smartphones with the exynos chip.
