I mean, who cares if you don't walk VS, you are one of the most beautiful models around with a beautiful personality who in anyone's eyes would totally fit the mould of their 'angels'! Them not casting you speaks volumes about them, and you being strong enough to choose something better for yourself speaks volumes about you. You're so much more of a role model than if you were spending your days trying to fit what they want on their runway. GO EMILY!

I think VS in times of #meetoo is just not modern anymore. As a mother-to-be to a girl i dont want „role-models“ that keep talking about „me, soulcicle, green juice, me, dogpound, me-time and SELF-care“ it is so boring. As you said: they put themselves under so much pressure just to look like dolls without having a message or a strong voice.

I am really glad that you shared this vs story. I feel like they create a pattern that make every girl look at themselves differently, thinking that there is something wrong with their bodies and their appearances... and that’s VERY serious... i know many girls who have problems with their bodies, and can’t seem to accept who they really are and how perfect it is to be healthy and have a body and love yourself. So i just wanna say thank you for being honest and showing that even you, who is a model, have problems with this society’s pressure. I really really think you are a goddess!
