Strictly speaking the Terminator is NOT a Cyborg but a robot. The only Terminator that was a Cyborg was Marcus Wright.

The queen doesn't have acid dripping from her Jaws. She has acidic blood

I'll give the edge to the Terminator (T-800/850). If he has projectile weapons powerful enough to damage the Queen, he'll win for sure. But if he has to go in with melee combat or hand-to-hand, it's a stalemate. He has more than enough physical strength and durability to tear the Queen apart but her acid blood will make quick work of him. So they'll both end up dying in that case. 😊

In an unarmed fight, Xeno Queen would defeat the Terminator. She's stronger due to her sheer size I think, and the more damage he does to her and the more she bleeds on him, the more damage would take. Xeno blood is shown to burn through metal. If he had guns though, he would win.

I'd go with the Terminator, because of his ability to use missile weapons. But a google search informs me that titanium is affected by strong acids, so now im leaning toward an explosive draw when the Terminator's power cell gets damaged and he goes boom.

Depends on these two factors with the Terminator:

1. What weapons does it bring to the fight? The signature shotgun is not going to be enough, but there are certainly loadouts that will allow it to win, like a minigun.
2. What model or canon are we taking with the self destruct capabilities for the 800 series? T1/2 or T3? A stalemate can be forced with T3.

Without weapons, the Queen. It can't tear the Terminator in half because it's made of titanium alloy (unlike Bishop) but it can still grab the Terminator and hit it on the ground or a metal extrusion until its head comes off. Remember, a few shots from a 12-guage are enough to stun a Terminator for a few seconds. The Queen is capable of taking damage, so if the Terminator takes the initiative and drives into her body with its powerful hands, the Queen can still tear it away.

Yea, I agree with the scenario. Tbh terminator has aim hacks basically and I can think of several spots where to shoot her to get the desired effect. However if he is using small arms as depicted he would have to shoot her in the mouth and knee/upper shin/lower stomach where the body has the least armor. But Xenomorphs are grapplers that can buckle pressure doors with super acidic blood that takes seconds to burn through an entire ship depending on movie/comic. I think if she got a hold of the T800 it would be a downhill fight. If T800 had his normal plasma M25 Plasma (Red) it wouldn't have to look for a weak point.

But this is my thought, I mean this in a positive theory.

It depends on two things:
1. What type of metal the Terminator 800 is made of
2. The properties of possible 'Molecular Acid' the Aliens 'use for blood'
*( As assumed by Dallas, Captain of the Nostromo, as he watched Ash make an incision on the facegrabber's 'finger', sending a gout of acid to the floor, where it proceeded to burn through the deck and beyond.
I have yet to hear any technobabble trying to describe the properties of the Alien acid, and they had the perfect opportunity to nail it down in Alien 3 ( where they held a number of Aliens in captivity, and were performing experiments on them ) ... but for whatever reason, they didn't.

As much as I love the Terminator I don't think this version could beat the alien queen maybe the one that's liquid or the John Connor Terminator or better yet the last one that could split his body into and be metal and liquid at the same time

T800 would crush the queen's head with a single punch, it he can developp about a ton of pressure.

The Queen takes it. The acid would melt through the T-800’s endoskeleton in time. The T-800 would last for a long while but ultimately would get shut down
