I’ve had braces and from my experience it wasn’t as much pain as it was uncomfortable. The first few days when u have ur braces fitted your mouth will feel very tight and teeth feel numb so it’s hard to eat anything but a week later u forget there even there! The procedure of getting braces on and off doesn’t hurt at all (I guess it depends on ur orthodontist) but overall it wasn’t as bad as you may think, and it’s totally worth it at the end!!

Hi, I have a different question. So i have a deep bite and i am insecure about it so i move my lower jaw forward then it looks normal but in this postion my upper and lower premolars and molars do not touch but my canines and incisors does. I just wanted to know if doing this affect my maxilla to recess or something?
