So i love me a great restaurant/pub burger (presumably #1) and i also love a great fast food smash burger. I go in phases... last year it was all about the #1 burger, but right now, I'm enjoying the smashburger. So I dont believe i need to have a favorite if that makes sense?

I like both. I know CookOut offers the big double burger (2 small patties) or the Regular burger (1 thicker patty) and I get both. I do like more crusty crunch with a smash burger and they are also better for people who don’t like pink.

I mostly cook burgers when camping on a small charchol grill. I always buy frozen burgers, just for convenience of the patty made already. Bjt i think i w0uls want a smash burget if i had a flat top grill

For me brother it depends on what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes I want a good ole regular thick burger Sometimes I want the crispy crusty smashburger. I really don't think I could pick one over the other.

I just can’t with the ubiquity of the Smashburger lately. It’s gotta look like it came from a cow in the center of the burger or I’m not all that interested. (unless it’s 3 AM or something).

I eat my beef medium rare to rare. You ain't doing that with a smash burger. They are a silly fad
