Probably one of the hardest thigh workouts I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD. My legs were shaking and screaming.

So what's a pyramid workout you ask? Basically we start with 1 rep only of each of the six moves then work our way up to 10 reps, and then work our way back to 1! If you did the math.. yep, that's 100 REPS. PER MOVE. OMG. The moves are:

1. Froggers
2. Sideways Scissors
3. Leg Circles (Right)
4. Windshield wipers (Right)
5. Leg Circles (Left)
6. Windshield Wipers (Left)

Cassey you're so creative! You never stop to amaze me. I've been working out with you for 5 years and even though I go to the a lot gym and take different classes there I always come back to you to do a home workout. You literally taught me so much about good technique and showed me so many amazing moves. Can't wait to do this pyramid workout!

I love this workout! I know a lot of people hate counting reps, but somehow knowing exactly what I have to do makes it more relaxing for me :)

I love that you wrote the moves in the description, I tore a ligament in my ankle and like this I don't have to go through the whole video to check if there's any exercise that involves my foot

Almost gave up at the count of 10!! Don't give up! It's the breaking point! It gets easier from there and when you finish it's just such an amazing feeling of completion ☺
