The baking soda is alkaline and NO illness, sickness, disease, infection, etc can live in an alkaline environment. So, doing this regularly reduces the acidic environment and promotes healing if done consistently.

I soaked my feet in peroxide and apple cider (regular kind not the one with mother in it ) and I saw a little change but I gotta keep up with it daily
