I love that Oscar I’ve used to have 2 or 3 in my 20 gallon tank when I was a kid. When they grew too big they would go into the 65 gallon in the living room

Depends what kind of bird we're talking about I see an Bald Eagle that is way more majestic then a Canadian goose. It really depends what type of tank you want, I can make an awesome tank centered around 1 fish assuming its an eye catching fish.

I have a school of flame tetras and corydoras. I’d highly recommend this for anyone interested in new ideas for fish especially to beginners. There easy, clean, peaceful and brighten up the tank.
I’ve had guppies before and it was hard because they repopulated like crazy, had a beta (couldn’t add many other fish) and I’ve had a couple snails (also repopulate like crazy) and lastly I had a couple frogs (they tend to jump) which is fine if you have a lid.
Think I’m gonna upgrade my tank to a bigger one soon so I can get a bigger school and more space.

Neons, cpds or galaxy emerald rasbora's are my go too.

Neon Tetras are nice i love them but one of the hardest fish to keep without spreading diseaseand orher things. I been in the fish game for 12 years now if you get neons take the extra step to quarantine them and keep theor stress lvl down as much as possible. Good luck fish are friends not food lol

I have a 125 with turquoise sevrum.. blood parrot...firemouth...polar blue parrot... Jack Dempsey and Senegal bichir... Oscars wasn't working for whatever reason.... Seeing this makes me realize that I need to add schooling fish with them.... Possibly tiger barbs or something like 12-15 of the yellow glo tetra's...I think those look 10x better under regular light vs black light

I think a great aquarium set up has a couple different schools of different species of fish, and then a few bigger oddball fish that really stand out

I love schools and I keep adding to mine. Mostly rasboras but they all chill together I have 2 neons left and they always chill together in one corner.
