the scene at 2:50 the way it portrays the size of the navigator ship compared to the seemingly small vessel that comes out from it. That then turns out to be HUGE! i love that so much. Quality use of scale

From 5:10 to 6:33 is one of my favorite parts. You can feel the doom of the Atreides in the air. The way the Bene Gesserit looks at Jessica and Paul, then at the Duke as he seals his fate. She knows. I also think the Herald knows. Perhaps he is on the Emperor's council. The way he says: "It's done" is quite foreboding.

What a gorgeous film. Denis Villeneuve is one of the best directors out there and Greig Fraser is a fantastic director of photography. Both did an award winning job on this film and it clearly shows.

I knew there would come a time where all those fabulously exotic science fiction stories i read so many years ago could be tastefully represented in movie form. Excluding I, Robot. This needs to be redone. Dune was a fantastic read. It will make the movie even better if you read.👍🏽💙
